Return Policy

We are more than happy to exchange an item if the product has a defect. Exchanges can only be done 7 days after delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any returns or exchanges.
If you need a repair after 30 days, we are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge plus shipping & handling. 
All SPECIAL ORDER/PERSONALIZED (this includes engagment rings, eternity bands, anything that was made to order/custom) items are final sale and will not be refunded once an order has been placed.  On pieces that are in stock and returnable, there will be a 3% credit card processing fee that will be deducted from the refund on top of the 15% restocking fee.
All lead times are indicated in the product descriptions--as long as an item is delivered within this given lead time, we will not refund payment/cancel an order. If you have questions about personalizing a piece or about the availability of an item, please contact ADHARA Jewelry BEFORE placing your order. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable. Please note that if you've ordered multiple items, we batch them together as one shipment, unless otherwise discussed via email.

 

Return Conditions

For goods to be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Lab-grown diamonds are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or upgrades.
  • Goods must be returned within 7 days after delivery.
  • Goods should be in their original packaging.
  • Items must be unused and undamaged.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Goods that are perishable or have passed their expiry date.
  • Goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once opened.
  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet these conditions.
